When it is time for the appraisal, it is important to make sure all maintenance is done.
Attach downspouts, remove lawn clutter, finish any painting projects (especially if there is peeling paint) and put in any new flooring or windows that are lying around.

Make sure you keep a list and receipts of all improvements in case you are asked for them. If your home is in tiptop shape and no lender required repairs were sited the appraiser will not have to go back out to the property and you can move forward to closing.
If you are working with the KW Selling Team we will make sure you are ready for the appraiser to inspect your house, therefore making the selling process an easy one.
